Good location, easily accessible with a passenger car, well marked access road. Run by a very friendly and communicative family. Strongly recommend for the unforgettable experience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful; they accommodated every request we had. The hotel is in a quiet location, with a wonderful swimming pool and solarium area. The food is also very good, and they can cater for lunches and dinners as well—they even changed the menu for us to ensure we weren't eating the same thing every day! Comfortable and clean rooms.

Location was amazing. Arriving at Aït Benhaddou at night, getting brought to the hotel through the paved cobbles of the ksar with our daughter on the back of a donkey (provided by the car park owner) was incredibly special. Aït Benhaddou during the day is full of tourists and tourist shops. At nighttime, when it is empty, it is magic. 360 degree views of the clear night sky and the stars, and being able to climb to the top to meet sunset was magic. A very special and unique hotel, highly recommended.

The room is very comfortable and the Riad is very clean and charming. We spent a wonderful night here.
