The location is beautiful, right on the shore of the lake with a lovely view. There's an on-site cafe that serves good breakfasts, and the coffee is great too. Our room was clean and comfortable. They also offer scooter rentals and a laundry service, which is very convenient. The staff was excellent, and I want to give a special mention to Mr. Rahman, who was incredibly kind. Highly recommended!

The owner and staff are super kind and welcoming. The apartment was so functional--I can see why it can also be rented long-term. Favorite thing was probably the hammock and view of the lake, as well as the convenience of the vegetarian restaurant!

Toba Boi offre comodi alloggi nella cornice di Tuk Tuk. L'affittacamere mette a disposizione la vista sulla montagna e una terrazza. Stanza come nelle foto, pulita, ben illuminata e arieggiata, bagno con doccia calda e tazza con sciacquone (una rarità in Indonesia) e sufficienti ganci appendiabiti, saponetta e carta igienica sigillate (difficili da trovare in altre strutture) ed asciugamani puliti e in buono stato. Letto spazioso, materasso morbido. Al piano terra c’è una cucina con un pratico distributore d’acqua ed un chiosco con vari prodotti e bibite. Dong è molto simpatico e accogliente, l’ultimo giorno si è spontaneamente offerto di accompagnarmi gratuitamente al molo dei traghetti. Davvero gentile. La posizione è ottima per arrivare e partire in traghetto e godersi Tuk Tuk. Difronte, attraversando la strada, c’è TaTaring, un caffè- ristorante ottimo per colazione e cena con musica dal vivo giovedì e sabato. In relazione a ciò, è da tener presente che in alcune sere fino a circa mezzanotte la musica si sente anche in camera. Sono contento e soddisfatto di aver scelto Toba Boi.

Pino, his family and the staff were all so welcoming and lovely! We ended up staying here longer than expected. The rooms were very big, clean and a great balcony to chill on! Food in the restaurant was tasty, bike rental was easy and the bikes were in great condition. One of our favourite stops during our trip :)

The room was very nice and clean. No a/c but an oscillating fan kept the room comfortable. Breakfast was very good and they were very nice to accommodate my eating gluten free. Tama speaks great English and while his son doesn’t, he tries and is very helpful. WiFi is very good and suitable for remote work or streaming.
