We were met there on arrival and were handed over the key, but it's also possible to get the key from a safe at the entrance. There was also some emphasis on sustainability, for example encouraging guests to use less water, only a small piece of soap was provided (enough for the stay, but not so much that a lot is wasted), trash is separated, and so on.
