The apartment was extremely clean and well-insulated (we could not hear noises from other apartments). Everything was carefully thought out: there was a small dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, toaster, pans and pots, etc. The storage space was decent for a small apartment, and the size of the fridge was really good. The check-in and check-out was also very smooth. It was also next to Graz's Opera House; shops were also nearby. We only stayed for a couple of nights, but I could imagine staying for longer in that room.

We had a Balkans trip with 8 accomodations in 6 contries. Here, in Martin's apartament we LOVED our stay the most! The apartment has everithing you need for short or long stay. Didn't need to check in (again) in some stupid online sites, after we've paied already! We arrived an hour earlier than check in time 15:00 o'clock. The apartment was ready and we didn't need to wait. Some of the things you can enjoy when staying here: Big comfortable bed and bathroom. Free parking. Good WiFi internet. To sum up - If you're a fan of peaceful, tranquil places and love spending time in nature, you won't regret staying here most definitely!
