Luis is an amazing host who helps you in every way possible! Tours, directions, tips where to eat, and you can rent his motorcycle to go to the ruins/volcano/Ruta de last flores, etc. Breakfast is different everyday, but the same exceptional quality!

Proper old skool hostel, no fancy bits or paying someone to make you breakfast. You look after yourself. Basic kitchen but more than adequate, basic wc/shower but works well enough. Good social space, nice terrace and location in Santa Ana is 1 min walk to main square and supermarkets/street food. Great coffee shops not far. This hostel is how hostels used to be, a comfy bunk, cheap, friendly, social and you do your own thing. All in all a good experience if you want affordable accommodation.
