The location, view, cleanliness and well-equipped apartment were all great. We enjoyed drinking our coffee with a spectacular view from inside or out lounging on our deck. Check-in was smooth with friendly staff, great meals at some local restaurants, and we always looked forward to returning to our Villa. Will definitely return. Fajã Grande is a unique location and a great home base for hiking.

Excellent breakfast, wonderful staff, and beautiful location. We visited during the off season when it was windy and rainy, but still had an amazing stay. We wanted to fully disconnect and relax, so not having wifi in our rooms was a plus (wifi was always available at the restaurant and front lobby). Also a great place for animal lovers -- we enjoyed watching the cows and mini horses from our cottage, and fell in love with Fiona the donkey and the outdoor kitties that were very affectionate :)

The house was very clean when we arrived and plenty of equipment (towel, dishes, soap, ...) was provided. The landscape around the house is simply beautiful. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating.

Your apartment was a little jem! Scenery is breathtaking, loved watching your beautiful sheeps, the sound of doves, birds in the morning while having my first cup of coffee on your deck was very relaxing. The house has beautiful views of the valley! The kitchen window view is out of a magazine. The rooms are large and comfortable. The living room is a good size, and so is the kitchen. Two bathrooms are very important. Both worked great and recently done. Outside parking along the sidewalk was great. House was easy to enter and leave. Overall, it's a great area and a great stay while on the island. You will need a car anywhere on the island. My one photo is the kitchen window. The rest are of the island.

    We had a very warm welcome by the host and enjoyed our stay. The holiday homes are located near the airport (very few flights, so absolutely no disturbance); an excellent location to discover Flores. The beds are very comfortable. We had a horse and very cute foal as neighbours. Restaurants are within walking distance (about 20 mins).

    We loved everything. Our host was very professional and punctual. The house was gorgeous and quiet enough for big family or only two of us. Villa is located right above the ocean and by amazing unforgettable views. Sunrise and sunset could be seen from our windows. The layout of the place was very nice. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. It was a huge bonus to have all appliances - like at own home ! The host offers everything you could ever need for a comfortable, wonderful stay. Thank you for hosting us!
