    Loved how spacious and clean the apartment was. Very central and over a COOP. Had a stunning Indian takeaway from Spice Merchant. Food amazing. Really pretty village with lots of interesting shops. Absolutely loves Leek and this apartment! Used it as a base to see Alton Towers and the peak district.

    A very charming place in a lovely village. Very friendly and welcoming staff with a personal approach. All the necessary comforts. There's something very satisfying about staying in an inn... perhaps it's the history the building makes you think of, or the warmth of its busyness, or the pint you can pop down for... Not sure... but we loved the place!

    Unspoilt village pub, lovely staff in the bar, friendly locals, the room was well renovated with lovely little touches to make it welcoming and a very nice shower. The food was well presented and tasted incredible, dinner and breakfast both fantastic. Highly recommend this little gem close to great walking routes. We will be back.
