Beautiful location, welcome hamper on arrival and friendly host met us upon arrival and gave us a walkthrough of the house and grounds. The rooms were clean and spacious with fresh towels and toiletries supplied. We had a group of 24 and we wanted for nothing as everything you needed was supplied and we cooked several meals with ease. The hot tub was lovely and hot and ready to use.

Our pod was so cute, warm & welcoming for our w.e break! It had everything we needed & the beds & bedding were so snug! We also had our own immaculate bathroom a short stroll away. The site and utilities are very well organised. Tim, the owner was very friendly and hospitable. Lynda, the campsite manager was equally lovely. It's in a quiet area with many places for touring visits all around. The cabins are spread about very well. There is an interesting pond to see. It backs on to Hillier massive garden centre, with all you need for food & drink, at a price.

New experience! Even though I had booked a room with no knowledge that apparently I was booked into a Bell Tent.he tent was superb and furnished nicely with lovely cosy bed. The restaurant and welcome and information good.

The accommodation was very spacious, open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and three bedrooms, one en suite. The beds were very comfortable. It was very tastefully furnished with lots of finishing touches. Toiletries were provided and the towels were of good quality (Dunelms). The conservatory was bright, warm and relaxing. with an outside seating area. The driveway was large enough to park two cars. The Beach was only 5 minutes away by foot. The Hostess was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. I would rank this as our best ever self-catering holiday.

    Nice little holiday village, each house had parking was some privacy. Stayed in the honeymoon cottage was nice to be a little away from everyone else. Pillows were good, bathroom was nice and clean, good little kitchen facility. Hot tub was great!

    Beautiful, welcoming cottage - it genuinely feels like someone's home, rather than a holiday cottage. Very comfortable and well-equipped. Child/dog proof private garden. The owners are welcoming and helpful.
