Plenty of utensils if you plan to eat in, dish washer and washing machine. Plenty of towels (although there was only 3 of us). Requires a little update in places, downstairs bathroom looking a little tired and very unpleasant regular drain smells. Pool and outside area was fantastic. Lots of well needed sheltered areas from the Sun. Pool was perfect for cooling down in the hot sunny days. Recommended movable ramps in step areas to assist with Wheelchair user. You feel away from it all but it’s still only a 15 minute walk to Puerto Pollensa front. The villa is pretty basic but that adds to the charm for me, rustic is the word I would use. Communication with Dickinson villas during our stay was excellent which is re-assuring. The Hoposa Montelin was peaceful and quiet, lovely to relax by the pool, whilst over at the Villaconcha the pools were great fun for the kids. Plenty of sunbeds available.
