The property has a good location; safe, quiet, and close enough to walk to most places. Margherita had been interested in our needs during the stay and supported us all the time with a huge effort. The breakfast is okay, too sweet for our taste. I liked the the quality of the equipment in the room; coffee machine, hair dryer, shower. They prepared a bunch of surprises in the minibar for us, thank you for hospitality. I would stay again if came again.

Location is superb - 3mins walking distance to Colosseum and other interesting places, infact we were just walking to everywhere during our stay. Complementary cookies, chips and drinks really made my friend's day ☺️

Basically EVERYTHING....my flight was delayed horribly but the owner was waiting for me at the airport at midnight with big smile!!!!! The location is great, the room is beautiful clean and cozy, bathroom is is fresh and spacey, bed is really comfy, breakfast has definitely everything you need....felt like home....thank you so much Kitty for your amazing hospitality
