We wanted to stay near Zurich airport as it was our last night before returning home and we luckily found this little gem. Great attention from the owner, big room with all the facilities that you might need, and lastly, but not least important, amazing breakfast in the morning freshly prepared exclusively for us. Also good shout at the restaurant on the groundfloor under the same name (Freihof). They serve really good food too.

Unfortunately just for 1 night since it was a car road trip stop, but would love to come back one day! Very peaceful area, surrounded by nature and inside the house is just a package of warm and welcoming energy. The hosts were super nice! The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional with freshly baked bread, local selection of cheese, farmers eggs and home made marmalade. Also my dog was very friendly welcomed. Thank you very much for everything, I wish I could return tomorrow:)

We both felt like we were at home and it was even better than expected. We were very welcome received by Jorn and we could easily to communicate with him. The place is clean, comfortable, beautiful and good located nearby the nature with many red kites flying around the place. Just WONDERFUL!

I selected a last minute room with a shared bathroom and they gave me a bedroom with a private wc.
