A good location for a relaxing getaway in Sachseln, Verena's Boutique Villa au lac is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the mountain. What a spectacular experience. Felt like we were staying with a friend. She went above and beyond for recommendations for us. Assisted us with laundry, and provided a wonderful breakfast every morning. The location was absolutely perfect. Quiet, right by the train, and close to surrounding activities and restaurants.

The shower and toilet are so clean I liked the reminders on the soap bottle to conserve water There were enough chairs Tv functions well and with english channels The view is superb Location is the best. 30sec walk to the nearest Train station (lungern) which connects to main attractions so so convenient The breakfast is so good. Bread eggs cereals fruits jams cheese juices nuts coffee.. everythings so good Staff are really nice Plus points to the corner where there is water, microwave, available clothing iron, with coffee and tea and more... and there's even free post cards to take, plus the map guide of the area where you can go around... Best place .... i will definitely comeback 🩵🩵🩵

Great place in the mountains for hiking and resting near the lakes. Very friendly staff, so helpful and supportive. Amazing cuisine - we did enjoy the food there (all three meals). Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

What a wonderful spot I can’t recommend enough! The rooms are very cute and cozy, the restaurant is absolutely fantastic, and walking around the area is just so lovely!!! It felt like a fairy tale. We stayed in the guesthouse, very quiet, wonderful view! Full breakfast, lots of choices. Comfortable beds, very clean. The area was beautiful! Plenty of hiking, we heard the cows being moved one morning and the sound echoed around the valley! Staff was pleasant. Additional restaurants in the village. So glad we chose this place!
