The location is beautiful, the breakfast was amazing, the house itself is so pretty and clean! Laura was super nice who welcomed us and helped with everything. It was an incredible stay for us! Also what was important for me, they loved my dog and it is a real dog friendly place.

If you travel to Venice by car, you can stay at this hotel. It is almost far away 50mins from Venice. It should be better. It was really good experience for us.

The place is done up with a lot of love and care. It is spacious, comfortable and relaxing. We loved the quietness of it, delicious breakfast and the whole setting. It is conveniently situated: it takes 10min by car to reach a train station from where one can take an hour train straight to Venice St. Lucia station. It also takes about 10-15 min by car to get to the beach. A few beaches nearby.
