Nice big comfortable room and bed plus adjoining bathroom - private as downstairs and nice quiet space.. Very considerate host who made sure we had everything we needed. We were very well looked after! Breakfast was great too with many options. Plus the off road parking and only 18mins walk into town made it ideal location for us..

Lovely home from home style guest hotel with amazing hosts who were warm and friendly and super helpful. Location was great could walk to beach or town or further. Beautiful fresh cooked breakfast and hot tub. Top notch and very clean and comfortable. Will be back.

What a gem. It's such a lovely place to stay! On arrival, Roger was on hand to give me a warm welcome and took the time to answer all my queries. Marvellous breakfasts each morning; always served with a smile and a chat from Linda and Roger were a perfect start to my day. My room was very comfortable, perfect for a single traveller and roomy with everything needed. Their attention to detail in the decor in all areas creates a joyous atmosphere

    Lovely bed and breakfast. Great location for the beach and seafront. Breakfast was very good. We stayed in the kingsize suite, which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Brilliant sea views from the balcony. There was fresh fruit. biscuits, tea, and coffee with fresh milk. We had a lovely week visiting Paignton and towns around it
