The hotel was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind and helped us in organizing the next part of our trip, even transferring money for us. The breakfast was lovely and the location was great easy walking distance to the centre of the town but far enough away to be quiet. They even lent out bicycles if you wanted to go a bit further.

Ubytko je ze silnice nenápadné je potřeba projit uličkou mezi domy,ale poté se octnete v tropické zahradě kde je stylové ubytování lákavého jungle typu za které se v jiných destinacích platí nemalé částky. Paní domácí je mladá a velice milá. Na pláž je to nedaleko. Tam můžete za konzumaci ležet celý den na lehátku. Je zde obsluha, která vám z plážového baru donese od kávy až po jidlo, které je za velmi příjemné ceny. Strávil jsem zde deset dni a nebýt zrovna spatného počasí tak bych zůstal klidně dalších deset. Jinak Old Town v Hoianu je nádherné městečko, kde nemáte šanci nepodlehnout shopingu. Je to cca 4,5kmtakze dobré půjčit si skůtr a nebo se nechat odvézt za 35kc motograbem.

Hoi An Beach Resort se nachází mezi pláží Cua Dai a řekou De Vong a nabízí 2 venkovní bazény. Best of both the river and ocean just a few steps away. The breakfast restaurant by the river and the riverside grand deluxe room had amazing views. Our cooking class included a boat ride which felt like a full tour of the river. The free shuttle to and from old town was also so convenient. Very considerate of the hotel to give us a free room upgrade so we could be closer.

This is the best hotel in Hoi An and I say it because I've been there for the third time and the service is always perfect. The staff is wonderful, helpful and smiling, but more importantly, they work extremely professionally and every single detail in the hotel is perfected to its best. The location of the hotel is also exceptional, which is located in a quiet place that is at the same time communicative, there is an excellent pool with a very large relaxation area around it, and also a wonderful beach, which is another huge advantage, of course, there are all the dining options with three restaurants, a wonderful breakfast, extremely rich, both Asian and Western. The restaurant is extremely clean, the textile napkins are clean and shine with cleanliness. The rooms are extremely large and offer wonderful beds, a flat screen TV, a very well-located area where one can put their clothes and luggage, and of course, for everything, a short phone call is needed to be fulfilled without long explanations or waiting. A truly unique place where even the most demanding visitors are unlikely to find any defect anywhere. Your hotel has five stars, I highly recommend it and I myself will visit it again. I have a very good impression that the quality continues to be maintained high, which is also a rarity in our time, but here the service continues to be at the highest level, and once again I want to emphasize that the staff is extremely professional, perfectly prepared, which is always everywhere and necessary for a good result.

I loved my stay here. The rooms are clean and neat. Minibar, fridge, en suit bathroom with shower. A breakfast is included. Choose your meal the day before, from a small menue, and it is prepared for you when you come down to eat. I tried most on offer and all of it was delicious. Pool area is nice and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the receptionist/guest liaison named July. A hero of our holiday. She knows her stuff and has a lot of good recommendations and advice. She also can handle organizing your tours, rentals, airport transfers, laundry, and more. A hard working, and friendly woman who will enhance your experience. Thank you July. Do note, this hotel is not centrally located, but it is in a beautiful quiet part of the city next to a river. A short taxi, or in our case, scoot into the old town. Wonderful!
