Especially staff was so professional and also very friendly. Their breakfast was perfect with many options. Also had buffet dinners at some days which you shouldnt miss.

The STAFF was absolutely wonderful!!! I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Set against the Al Hajar mountains overlooking the Sea of Oman, this 5-star luxury resort offers a unique palace experience, showcasing the art of Omani hospitality. Everything was awesome, the hotel lobby is astonishing, facilities incredible clean, loved the infinity pool (were you can stay until very late in the evening) and also loved the room lightning system; the food, both the breakfast and dinner buffet were almost haute cusine/fine dining, not to mention the food in the Pavilion restaurant. Also the food at the pool bar was very good with lovely staff. All the staff was very attentive and well trained. My son was very happy to discover that on the beach, at low tide, there were very deep tide pools where he found lots of marine creatures and live beautiful corals. You can feel only good vibes allover this place.

This 5-star beachfront resort in Muscat is a 15-minute drive from Muscat International Airport. It has a spa with massage services, swimming pools. Very beautiful and quite with sophisticated and luxurious touch. They have 3 pools and one of the longest in the Middle East. They provide ACs in bathrooms if you feel the weather is hot. The club lounge was pretty good. The service was super good and very kind and accommodating staff. Laundry service was quick and efficient.
