This was my first time at the Red Sea – and staying at Bratus Hotel made it truly unforgettable. I was traveling alone, but I never felt alone. The entire team was incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. From day one, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed – taxis, recommendations, daily plans, even small surprises in my room. Everything was thoughtful and done with heart. The hotel is super clean, modern, and perfectly located in the city center. The breakfast was authentic and delicious, and the sauna, steam room, and gym were a real bonus – clean, relaxing, and well-equipped. A special thank you to the reception team, especially Sabah, who was always smiling, always present, and truly made me feel at home. If you’re coming to Aqaba – don’t think twice. This is where you should stay.

First of all we felt very welcome. The staff (reception, restaurant, pool) was extremely attentive, the service was like in 5 star hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and super super clean (well done housekeeping 10/10!) Food was delicious! We would definitely come back again!

The hotel so clean and the stuff crew there very friendly, the location near the shops and resturants , and about 5 mins walk to the beach, I met the hotel manager at the reseption, he was a gentleman and a humble person. I will book here again in the future . Highly recomended

All staff and the ovner of the Hotel, Mr Ziyad were amazing and we are very happy met such a good and friendly people. They offer us more than we payed for, but above all we feel very wellcomed. Room was very spacious and comfortable with a big terrace. Breakfast was delicious and cheff was happy to made for us even more. Hotel is on a very good location in the center near all the best restorants, open market, fortress, public beach and everything is walking distance. Strongly recomend this Hotel. The hotel is in pre-opening, everything new still with plastic wraps🤗. Not all services were available at this time but since it was only one night, we really enjoyed the place.
