The staff were amazing. Anything that I asked for they helped me with. I celebrated my 30th birthday there and they decorated the room and upgraded my room. Regardless of whether it was my birthday the staff made me feel very welcome. Alexander and Hager really made the experience special with the way that the room was decorated for my birthday and the excellent customer service that they provided.

Great hotel, well maintained, clean, attentive and friendly staff, great food (breakfast buffet is delicious serving barista coffee and both restaurants on premise are also great) beautiful pool area and beach, nicely spaced out sun chairs on the beach. Good kids club as well.

We know this hotel already for 10 years and it was our 4 visit. Although the fact that this is not a brand new hotel, the whole hotel is very well maintained. The age can be seen on the paintings in the hallways that have lost their colours a bit. Comparing to the first visit, I have to say that the kindness and supportiveness of the staff has only increased. We have been pampered as royals. The breakfast and dinner in Sofra is one of a kind. The souk has missed a bit of his charm due to covid but Al Qana is really next door (3 min walk) where you have restaurants, cinema and the National aquarium. We are certainly going back.
