High-quality bed linens and comfortable mattresses are provided. Hot water is available 24/7 with good pressure. The owner is very kind and friendly, showed us around and helped us with our first grocery shopping. There's a mini-cafe in the lobby, and the staff delivers coffee directly to your apartment. The building is located in the heart of the historic Patan district. Durbar Square is a 3-minute walk away. It's important to note the feeling of safety in the building and the surrounding area. You can stroll around the area until late at night. There are numerous small grocery stores around. It was a pleasure to return to the apartment after exploring the city.

The Pahuna Apartment, a property with a garden, is situated in Bālāju, 3.3 km from Swayambhu, 4.4 km from Swayambhunath Temple, as well as 5.4 km from Kathmandu Durbar Square. It was just simple and great apartment setup for my short stay. This apartment was clean and I liked the kitchen amenities setup.
