The apartment was in a centralized location, safe and, most importantly, very clean. We will definitely reserve this location again for our next trip to Napoli, and we recommend it for our friends and family. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Loved it! Maradona (#10) forever!

Probably best place you can stay in Napoli in that area (it's farther away from the center in isolated mountain grotto with heavy residential area). Was cheap compared to other options for value. Not too far away from city stadium and amazing beach (a few bus/metro stops). Very welcoming owner Alfredo and his colleague Christian give you a lot of useful instructions about the area, good places to eat or visit. Apartment is clean, in good state, it has balcony, great shower and kitchen. This is first hotel/apartment I've been where there were ear cleaning sticks :) Breakfast you need to do yourself, however owner gives leaves you as a surprise a handful assortment of stuff to make pasta, coffee, biscuits, etc. Fantastic terrace on top of the building with a lot of space - we had a few cozy sunset evenings there. Location is far from center, however metro line is quite close (10 min walking).

All apartments feature a balcony or terrace with views of the sea. Free parking and a shuttle to Piazza Antiche Mura are available. Awesome view! Really nice people! The rooms were so comfy ! When we arrived we knew that we wanted to stay for more days, but the hotel was full! :( We really want to come back to this beautiful place!

Since 2022 I have been traveling several times a year to Naples/Ercolano for work and this was by far the best place I have ever stayed. Super clean, tastefully decorated and quiet. Lucia welcomed us very warmly and even gave us excellent tips on restaurants near the hotel.

I recently stayed at these fantastic apartments in Italy, and I can't recommend them enough! The design is simply stunning, with a fresh, tasteful renovation that shows great attention to detail. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the spacious rooms provided plenty of comfort. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We were also treated to a breathtaking view of the sea, which we could enjoy from the terrace, complete with tables and a hammock. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Everything was perfect. The apartment is in the center of Naples. The hosts met us and explained everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. They were always available on WhatsApp and we could ask questions at any time. They left a LOT of tangerines, apples, three types of cereals, croissants, toast bread, yogurts, milk, butter, etc. for breakfasts, We drank coffee every day but did not use all the capsules they left for the machine. The apartment is new and was even decorated for Christmas. You can choose different types of lighting; dim, bright, side, from the ceiling... A grocery store is one block away. The apartment has an inductive cooker that works well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking dinners and breakfasts. A very good and inexpensive pizzeria is round the corner. A tourist services kiosk is two blocks away (we bought tickets to Vesuvius there and they were cheaper than a tour available online). It is only 20 minutes away from the train station and 20 min away in the other direction to the main square of the city. I read other reviews and expected it to be perfect, and it did not fail my great expectations.
