The location was perfect for accessing the beach at the bottom of the cliff by gondola and a short walk to Taormina’s main street. The host, Antonio, was very accommodating and easy to reach. He shared a list of his favorite restaurants in Taormina, and we tried a few of them. We loved that the apartment had an option for parking. Right in the center, where many restaurants, bars, shops are close. However the room was faced on a busy side of the street where the antic theatre is, but it was absolutely quiet, when closed door on balcony we could hear nothing. The inside is clean and spacious, not to mention the balcony with hot-tub with stunning views over Mazzarò Bay and out to sea. I also found the loft apartment to be very quiet - great for light sleepers such as myself.
