The apartment is beautifully designed, with high quality furnishings and appliances. Our apartment was at the back and had a beautiful view of orchards and vineyards. Bed was very comfortable. The location is a small business park, so very quiet in the evening and night time, and a 15-20 minute walk to the lakeside village of Wasserburg. Very good beds and extensive kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. The apartment also has a nice garden with a nice view. Manfred and Rose are very friendly and helpful hosts. The host was friendly and gave us the Bodensee card which we used for free travel on the local trains. We also got a reduced admission to the Zeppelin Museum in Friedrichshafen with this card. All facilities close by, and lakeside and train station just a few minutes walk away. We had our own designated car parking spot.
