Brand new appartment, very clean and modern. Good location, area feels safe and few restaurent and cafes nearby. Sacured building and access to parking with extra cost in front of the place. Owner was ver nice and accomodating, felt good to stay there for a week. I asked for more kitchen equipment because they started to rent just now and it was lacking some basic things to cook and the owner was very responsive even on a holiday he came and brought me some extra stuff.

We had the privilege of experiencing a memorable stay in an exceptional apartment. From the start, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.     Excellent property. The apartment is modern, easy to live in, has many amenities, open view, clean all over, spotless bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The host was super responsive and professional. The location is not the typical touristy neighborhood but was convenient to get an uber every time, and we loved to walk to plaza España and the historic area. Highly recommend

    Modern and clean apartment. It’s a 3 towers complex on the border of the center and the company rent several flats. The one we had was not as nice as the front picture but really recent and cool nonetheless (more like pics 8, 25 and 73 at the moment). Staff was really nice and helpful. The pool on top of our building was under repairs but we could use the one from the next tower (10m away).

    the apartments are great! As on the pictures most on high floors (ours on the 14th floor) gives great views on your own balcony. The staff is nice, and the guards at the condominium are friendly. great to have a mini shop at downstairs (they have good coffee!)
