Väga kõrgel tasemel teenindus. Toad olid puhtad ja mugavad. Asukoht oli väga hea. Bussid olid lähedal ja saime hotellist võimaluse tasuta bussidega liikuda. Auto saime jätta turvaliselt parkimismajja.

The hotel is very nice and comfotable. Personel are polite and friendly, always willing to help. Location of the hotel is close to center. Highly reccomended.

The apartment was new, modern, very clean with a lovely bathroom, balcony with views & very relaxing & comfortable. Also very quiet with washing facilities in the basement. It was also very central to shops in Granichen. A perfect location & a wonderful stay.

The apartment was very spacious and nice. All the basics that you need. Good location. We came by car so everything was easy to get to. Closeby supermarkets, gas stations and the city of Aarau was easy to get to by car. Even if not visiting by car, there is public transport very near the hotel.

We stayed here in July, and I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were. When we requested fans because of the summer heat, they didn’t just give us one or two — they provided enough for every bedroom and even one for the living room. That kind of detail really shows how much they care about guest comfort. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and very well laid out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was even an additional toilet in the living room — which was so practical for a group like ours. They also brought us electric kettles when we asked, and when we pointed out that the sofa leg was broken, they fixed it right away — no waiting, no fuss. Everyone we met was polite, respectful, and eager to help. It’s hard to find places that go this extra mile, but this one truly did. I felt so comfortable here, and I already know this will be my go-to place whenever I return. Highly recommended!
