Loved the STAFF at the reception desk! So helpful, friendly and nothing was an issue :) The location was brilliant everything was within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious and we enjoyed having a balcony! My parents are coming to Townsville next year and I will make sure that they book to stay here!

Opposite the Cole’s supermarket is a bonus to buy groceries etc and The Strand is just a 2min drive down the road. It was just right for my family of 3. Customer service is 10/10 they were friendly and made you feel welcome when you enter the front doors.

    We had a short stay here during a long road trip. The apartment hotel is large. Our room had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable, we had a fabulous view. The price was exceedingly good. The staff on reception were polite and helpful. It is located about midway along the esplanade so right or left will take you to restaurants, facilities.
