We really liked the welcoming at the hotel by Manou the French woman there, the breakfast was perfect, the attention and the cocktails at the bar from Laura were amazing, the outdoor back area with lots of confy cushions and the table was very nice area. The pool is big and relaxing, never too busy, the hotel was always smelling good and the cleaning ladies were doing an amazing job at polishing every single corner or the hotel, thank you again for your hard work.

Friendly staff and exceptional service: thanks to the receptionist Daniel my holiday has started very well since the first step I took into the hotel. Lunch grill restaurant is highly recommended;) and the waiters there take such good care if there guests! The infinity pool for those with platinum stay has a great view. Not just there is a beach close by, but also natural baths right in the ocean (30 min walk). Balconies are huge with a marvelous ocean view. What else would you wish for?!:-) big thanks.

Situato in un edificio restaurato del XVII secolo, l'Hotel San Telmo si trova nel centro di Santa Cruz de la Palma, e offre camere con TV satellitare e bagno privato. There was nothing not to like. The staff were friendly and very helpful The hotel is better than the photos and the terrace is beautiful. We had a lovely, large room with sea views and the most comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was simply exceptional — from the attention to detail to the quality of service, nothing was left to chance. The rooms were impressively spacious, extremely comfortable, and equipped with high-quality amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. The pools were absolutely stunning — just the perfect atmosphere: not crowded, but far from feeling empty. Exactly the peaceful, relaxing vibe I was hoping for. Overall, a top-tier experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. I woul definitely return.

The Paradisus Gran Canaria - All Inclusive’s overlooks San Agustín beach. It offers a spa, fitness centre and 4 outdoor pools, restaurants, bars and a garden. Free WiFi is available. 10+/10 stay! The staff were amazing—especially at the front desk and concierge—so kind and accommodating, even arranging early check-in and late check-out. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of places to relax both indoors and outdoors. The food was delicious, with very good gluten-free options. The spa service was wonderful, and the facial was genuinely effective. Plus, it’s just steps from the beach. Highly recommend!
