This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

Kindness of the staff, good food. After a check in we noticed there is a noice coming from the outside which was really loud. It turned out that it was the hotel’s kitchen ventilation. They upgraded our room without any questions on the other side of the hotel.
