Location, GREAT staff, cleanliness. We stayed in the new deluxe apartment, separate from the original building. Fantastic large rooms, highly recommended. We had to move rooms because of the nationwide power cut. We moved to a premium room in the original building. The room was older but still large. We were also compensated with an upgrade to all inclusive. An amazing gesture at a time of uncertainty. The hotel had its own generator so took care off all its guests at a time when many were left with no power. We were also given complimentary tickets to the spa circuit. Well worth a trip. Thank you for a great stay and care afforded to us at a very uncertain time.

This hotel is set in a central-yet-quiet area of the Costa Blanca resort of Benidorm, just a 15-minute walk from Poniente beach. Free WiFi is available in the public areas.
