We've stayed at the Starwood on numerous occasions. Raul at the desk is very nice and polite. Always greets us with a smile. Housekeeping Staff is awesome. Anytime we needed anything they always came through.

It was a total accident staying at this hotel. Our JetBlue flight cancelled out of JFK and the only alternative was to rebook from Islip airport the following day. All I can say is I wish we had booked this hotel instead of Times Square where we stayed initially. This hotel and the professionalism of the staff, restored our faith in NYC. We’re already planning to come back and stay.

They serve breakfast for a fee, which at their reasonable room charge, seems quite far. The entrance foyer is very attractive. And they even have a small bar and dinner restaurant. There's the airport near there, but I heard no planes . A good choice.
