It was my husband's birthday, and they created a little party for him with only a few hours' notice. They also attended to extra details, like arranging a ride to the airport, which is conveniently located just a few minutes away.

We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was lovely and spacious (much appreciated!). DInner was also very good. Staff were always pleasant and helpful, always looking for ways to be helpful and always smiling. Free airport shuttle was also greatly appreciated. We also hired a driver (Wahab) for the day through the hotel and he was excellent.

The hospitality was excellent, with yasmin, the hostess, taking care immediately of every problem. The apartment is very well equipped, including the kitchen and bathroom. The location is also excellent - just few minutes of the airport, the Mabamba swamp landing site and the botanical gardens. Really enjoyed the place, which is why I plan to go back ther soon, on arriving to Entebbe again.

After long trip it was conftable stay in this hotel. Friendly staff, everything was ok. Easy to find. Big rooms, moscito net. The beach is close.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, the food was excellent, and the chef fulfilled all our special requests. The management was perfect and the hotel was very safe. All in all, highly recommended.

It’s clean, well-equipped, and in a quiet part of Entebbe that gave me a nice break from the busier areas. This apartment has own character. Felt safe, slept well, and the check-in was smooth.
