Even after all this, the one thing I definitely have to say is the customer service was unlike those of even a 4 star hotel and to me that is tantamount in overnighting at an establishment. The host was very accommodating considering it was a very last minute booking. He did everything possible to help us with our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for our family and a lot of extras you would get at a hotel like towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and water. The apartment has been done to a very high standard - I can be fussy but I have not a thing I would complain about. The place was spotless, the living area was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the washing machine and dryers are very big and top spec, there was A/C throughout, the rooms were well decorated and the beds were comfy, there was extra blankets etc. Each room has it's own en-suite which was very convenient. This will be my go to place when I return to Trinidad from now on.
