Located in a peaceful and quiet area in the northern part of the island, it offered the perfect setting to relax and enjoy nature. The house had all the facilities we needed, including a renovated bathroom that was excellent. We all slept very well thanks to the cozy and comfortable setup. On top, Casa Vicente has a lovely garden that our children absolutely loved - plenty of space to play and even some extra toys thoughtfully provided by the owners. Definitely, it was a perfect base for exploring the northern part of the island. And just a short 2-minute walk from the house, we could admire the view of Corvo Island. A big thank you to Susana, whose attention and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always available and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear that the place is being lovingly maintained and improved. We wish the owners all the best with the ongoing improvements. Being in such a remote place, it’s understandable that not everything is available right away, but they’ve done a great job making it comfortable and welcoming.

Ottmar and Susanne made our stay so special. They provided us with all the local tips and recommendations to have a great experience in the island. We were also very hungry when we arrived and Susanne offered us the most delicious Azorean almond cookies. Make sure to ask where you can buy them! The accommodation itself is amazing - each apartment is very spacious, clean and has all the comforts you need from coffee machine, stove and great WiFi. The cherry on the cake is the view from their place - absolutely astonishing, right on top of the sea. Can’t wait to go back!
