The hotel is located near the beautiful Lio Beach, which is full of great restaurants. We were very happy with the location. If you want to get to El Nido town center, the hotel provides convenient shuttle service back and forth. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the surrounding trees. The bed was large and cozy, the room was well-equipped, and the hotel provided complimentary water and soft drinks daily. What we loved most was the amazing staff, who delivered exceptional service. They were always friendly and happy to help with any request. A special thanks to Par, Alice, Ron, and Jerald – the team who made our stay truly wonderful. Without a doubt, if we return to El Nido, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

A charming hotel set within Lio Estate in El Nido, Balai Adlao is within 19-minute drive from Corong Corong Beach and 30-minute drive from Nacpan. This was the best hotel we stayed at in the Philippines. From the super friendly and helpful staff, to the location, amenities, cleanliness. From the moment you go there the staff will welcome you in a very heartwarming way. The beach which is 1min walk from the hotel is one of the most beautiful and peaceful ones.

It’s rare to experience such a high level of warmth and professionalism—truly some of the best service I've ever encountered at a hotel. From personalized recommendations to thoughtful gestures, the staff made us feel special throughout our stay.If you're looking for a luxurious yet personal experience with top-notch service in an idyllic beachfront setting, I can't recommend this hotel enough. The hotel is in Lio Estate a few minutes away from the airport. If you are looking for a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby El Nido, this is the place to go. The hotel staff took care of us from start to finish and were very communicative even before check-in. They were very professional, polite and respectful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. They also provided us with tour options and transport to and from the airport. Our hotel room was comfortable and had everything we needed. An added surprise was the free breakfast buffet. Many thanks to Jessa and Jeric and the rest of the hotel staff for making this a great stay.
