I liked all of the accommodation services, the location, the rooms, the restaurant food and the facility overall. we also felt very secured with the National Guard/army patrolling the place day and night. As soon as we got of the Mayan Train from Cancun an officer offered his guidance and walked us to the exit where the courtesy Shuttle from the hotel picked us up and dropped us at the hotel doors. This has been one of the best hotels I have experienced in Mexico and to top everything even the prices were low for the quality of services and place. Me and my wife felt like in a second Honey Moon we even extended our stay for a couple of nights. I strongly recommend the Tren Maya and their Hotels to all of my friends and relatives. We already have plans to go back with our children and grandchildren ASAP ! Claim your share of the good life in the jungle near the Chiche Itza Pyramids and all of the great nature in Cancun and Yucatan in Mexico.

Set in over 100 acres of landscaped gardens within Chichen Itza Archaeological Park. It features 3 outdoor pools and typical Mayan-style bungalows. Wonderfully relaxed place. The rooms I had was a spacious bungalow with a thatched roof right next to one of the pools. Shaded by giant trees and bamboo. Birds, iguanas and gekos. Dinner and breakfast were good. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. It’s vary close the Chichen Itza site.

This luxury hotel offers spacious accommodation, nestled in the incredible Chichen Itza archaeological site. It is surrounded by a lush natural environment filled with exotic wildlife. We liked everything. The people were lovely, they invited us to their NYE tradition of writing down what you don't want to take from the old to the new year and burning it. The rooms were the cleanest we've experienced in Mexico so far and a place to open two suitcases up off the ground which is rare. Styled very well. Restaurant service was great. Pool area was lovely. They had local band Come and play at dinner.

Very nice house, very close to Chichen Itza. Instructions were clear. Checkout was at noon, so we visited the site at 8 am (be there early!), and afterwards, we could use the facilities until noon. Rooms were clean, and the toilet at the small garden was cool :). Kitchen well stocked, maybe the best in Mexico we encountered.
