It was away from the town so the environment was peaceful and quiet. The facilities were clean and incredible views from my personal balcony. The staff were friendly, and a special shout out to Wan for being so generous and accommodating during my stay!! Thank you for your kind hospitality my friend. I hope to come back again one day :)

I had a wonderful stay at Mandala Ou. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, with beautiful views of the river and surrounding mountains. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished—everything feels well thought out. The pool is surrounded by greenery and was one of my favorite spots to relax after a day of exploring. They offer bicycles, which made getting around town incredibly easy and convenient—a great way to explore at your own pace. The staff were kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I also really appreciated the resort’s thoughtful approach to sustainability—they provide reusable water bottles that you can refill any time for free, which is such a nice touch. The resort’s restaurant offers a variety of fresh and flavorful options, both Western and Lao. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which truly left nothing to be desired. Would 100% come back. One of my favorite stays in Laos.
