I missed the ferry from the first booking day and they helped me keep the reservation for the rest of the days in my stay. They offer a ride to and from the ferry port. Location is great. The views are stunning.

They served a great diner (quantity and quality wise) even though I had not booked it in advance and even lent me a pair of shoes for the day, adapted to the abundant snow. The room and bathroom are simple but impeccably clean. If I go through Wakkanai again I will renew my stay there without hesitation.
