Support getting in with the pin as I was tired and didn't see the lock or quite know. very prompt help the facilities were really good and the little extras amazing such as a great choice of teas and coffee and some nibbles taking food intolerances into account plus a face mask. i enjoyetd being near the airport and grateful for help with transport to it. It couldn't have been better, everything well thought out.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. We all slept very well. The beds are very comfortable. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Located within 8.2 km of Università Tor Vergata and 12 km of Ponte Lungo Metro Station, Rome Ciampino Smart Hotel features rooms in Ciampino. We stayed here before an early flight and were pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was! Great location, we walked a few minutes to a pizza restaurant and had better pizza than the 10 days we spent in Rome! Great find and would stay here again.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and affordable. It’s only 6 minutes away from CIA airport and walking distance from the train station. My flight arrived late so I had to check in past normal check in hours, but I was taken care of with absolutely no issues. I only booked a room for the night because I was waiting for the rest of my group to fly in the following morning, and we had already booked an Airbnb for all of us closer to the city center. That being said, I truly regret not booking this place for my entire stay in Rome because I could’ve just taken the train everyday for €3 round trip. The owners were extremely helpful and made me feel like family. They explained exactly how to take the train and get to my destination the next morning. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was flawless. Genuinely good people who want to make sure you’re well taken care of.
