Very comfortable, beautiful room with all the amenities one could wish for, very clean, it was easy to retrieve the key with a code, great bed, coudl have stayed more nights if it had been necessary. Excellent location.

The property location is very close to Exeter and the west of Dartmoor. It also close to many National Trust properties, such as the beautiful Killerton House that is only a 10 minute drive away. The accommodation would be an ideal stop for one or two nights on the way to Lands End and Cornwall for long journeys. The cleanliness was excellent. It was a real pleasure to stay here and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Crannaford Cottage. Our host Tina was so friendly. The property was immaculate, very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. With some lovely little touches too. This was perfect for our stay and so peaceful. Had two very good nights sleep. Cannot recommend highly enough

the grange boutique guest house has a peaceful location, yet offers easy access to Exeter Airport and the M5 motorway. Free parking is possible on site, and free WiFi is accessible throughout. Clean, comfy and very nice staff!
