As the property is in quite a remote location, Lene, the host, also kindly offered to pick me up from Karup airport and to take me to the local shop so that I could buy a few things for dinner and breakfast.

The room is very nicely set up, new, modern and cozy. It had everything we needed for a night. It's a remote area, so at night we could see the stars and the milky way. As it was mating season (september) we could also hear the red deer in the forest screaming. The rooms are next to the stables, when we were leaving we went to say goodbye and the owner was putting shoes on a lovely black horse. Nice experience!

The house was perfect for our weekend trip and the 3 bedrooms were excellent for 3 friends travelling so everyone had an own room. The house is perfectly equipped, very cozy and is located directly at the lake. It was super quiet and everything worked out from check-in to check-out. We had an amazing weekend.
