The hotel is on a very quiet street but still only 5-10 minutes walk from the airport, the tourist pier, main commercial street etc. So you can be close to everything but not suffer from the extremely loud music that is a fixture of more central areas. Doña Bertha is a very pleasant, helpful and hardworking woman who is the owner, the receptionist, the cleaning lady and more and does everything with a smile. She even kindly agreed to store one of my backpacks for a few days when I went to Coqui. Very happy with my stay here, and highly recommend it!
