Well, for us, my nephew and I, it was perfect. He could save money to stay in a shared bath/room I spent a little more to get a private room Big kitchen (actually 2), to meet new friends. Nice corner to set a fire and sit around it. Close to the center. Bottom line - highly recommended.

Very cozy hotel right in the center of town, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and very clean. The was a great breakfast included and everyone who worked there was extremely accommodating and nice. They serve excellent homemade pasta and Italian desserts for lunch and dinner!

With hundreds of hosts I met during my last 3 decades of travel, I will remember this one. She was/is very sympatric and nice to talk with. The room has everything one needs: - Wifi - Kitchen - Hot water - Comfortable bed - Sofa And of course it is in the center of the Futaleufu. I had bad luck with the city, when my rafting was canceled on the day of arrival (actually this happened to me 4 times in the past 20 years with this river). The host was very kind and expended my check-out to any time I wanted. I finally left around 4pm, which helped me to work and utilize the day even though my rafting was canceled. So, highly recommended.

The cabaña was great and in a beautiful location. The hosts were super friendly and helpful in accommodating our last minute booking and helping us throughout our stay. And the dog Rango was a delightful guide to a nearby mirador.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. Maria (the Manager) provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Maria even gave us a lift to the starting point of a hike we were doing outside Futaleufu, and helped us with transport at the end of our stay. A truly wonderful person who deserves recognition for her work. The hotel facilities were excellent. The room was lovely and warm, with very comfortable beds. We had requested a quiet room and Maria met that request. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice, delicious scrambled eggs and lemon meringue pie.
