Request for extra pillows was meet with immediate and cheerful assistance. Extra sparkling and still water provided at no charge in room. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Parking was close, easy and free. It was an easy and free trip to downtown on the train or bus with tourist card provided from hotel. Took about 10-15 minutes.

We intend to return and rent the apartment in the future as our daughter continues her studies at the Lucerne University.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I was very impressed. The place is spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had dinner at the hotel and the food was really tasty and served really fast, which I appreciated after a long day of traveling. My check-out was super early at 2:30 am because I had to continue my journey, and since I couldn’t have breakfast, they kindly offered me a lunch box to take with me. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
