Views of the bay were amazing and suite layout were outstanding, amenities were exceptional , rooms and beds, including linens, were extremely comfortable and were a perfect home away from home. Remote screens for windows, fans, fireplaces were easy to operate and convenient. Secured parking behind a remote wrought iron designed gate added an extra layer of security. A beautiful escape and an opportunity to unwind, relax and connect with nature.

The Cube is a stylish and comfortable studio apartment which made my stay in Cowichan Bay enjoyable and memorable. Check-in was very easy and as my arrival time shifted back, the owners were very flexible and friendly about being there when I arrived in the early evening. There are numerous nice design touches in the space, high ceilings, a stylish kitchen, and a comfortable bed. My relatives who I was in Cowichan to see did not see as much of me in the mornings as they expected since I was reluctant to leave.

The service was exceptional! We had a problem getting there on time. As a result we needed to call for someone to come check us in. It was 2 o'clock in the morning. The night watchman was kind enough to allow my husband and I to come in and wait in the lobby as it was cold and snowing outside. Due to the late hour I had woken the lady that came to our rescue. She was absolutely great! Checked us in, and was training the night watchman for future services at the same time. We came over for a celebration of life the following day and this lady took her time offering her condolences etc. And again in the morning when we had to check out. I'm sure we'll be staying here every time we travel to the Duncan area, as we already have a few times in the past. But this particular management...she knows how to treat people and gave us every courtesy considering I got her out of bed to come over in the middle of the night. The overall cleanliness of the room was also exceptional. Some places we've stayed have been... a bit scary to say the least.

It was a nice stay for what it was. The staff were great,and the room was clean. The building itself is a little older and run down, but it was clean and had everything we needed.

Location to totem poles is excellent - 10 minutes walk, however part of the road is not paved which could be scary for some because of the volume of traffic. Staff went beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was as stress free as possible.

V motelu Crofton je k dispozici gril. Ve všech prostorách je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. V každém apartmá je kuchyň. Trajektový terminál Crofton je vzdálený 300 metrů. Motel stojí vedle poměrně rušné silnice - to by mohlo někomu vadit . Pro nás to naopak bylo ideální , protože silnice vede přímo k trajektu , kterým jsme se brzy ráno vraceli do Vancouveru. Pokoj byl čistý , standardně vybavený. Koupelna - i přes viditelnou čistotu - nevoněla dobře . Celkově jsme ale byli spokojení. The motel is located next to a fairly busy road - this might bother some people. For us, on the contrary, it was ideal, because the road leads directly to the ferry, which we used to return to Vancouver early in the morning. The room was clean, standard equipped. The bathroom - despite the visible cleanliness - did not smell good. But overall we were satisfied.
