SANDY BOTTOM COTTAGES provides rooms in Mount Thompson. This apartment offers free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. The apartment features a terrace and a 24-hour front desk. Rowena picked us up at the airport and brought us to our cottage, where everything was way better than we expected. We opted for the sea view cottage, and it's adjacent to the Sandy Bottom Liquor Store (which they also run, so they're always available and close by). We had a private house with kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms, but the best part was the patio with furniture and an amazing view of the beach. We had the beach to ourselves the whole time. We opted to rent a car (pretty important on Exuma), and they had it already there for us with the keys inside. No paperwork, and cheaper than renting at the airport and more convenient. We had an excursion booked with Coastline Adventures and Rowena was proactive about calling them to make sure it was still on (forecast of wind was iffy) and when we needed to be there and all the details. When we checked out they brought us back to the airport. The cottage is very new and in excellent condition, well stocked, and the AC works well but isn't necessary with the windows open and the island breeze coming through. The kitchen had everything we needed to make basic meals, and there are restaurants nearby as well. I would 100% recommend this place and these hosts. It couldn't have been better.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Peace and Play is located in Hermitage. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Valentino is awesome, he is the reason we came back to the Cays. The house was spacious. We loved using the snorkel gear, sunscreen and swim board. Loved having a washer and dryer.

Windsor place is set in Hermitage. The air-conditioned accommodation is less than 1 km from Turtle Beach, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. Very very friendly private owner. Picked us up from the airport und showed us arround the island, gave us a ride to a grocery shop, dropped us at the beach, helped / told us a lot about the island and what to do. Overall it was really nice staying there.

Turtles Nest Bahamas is set in Hermitage. The property has sea and garden views, and is 700 metres from Turtle Beach. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle... Owners are amazing, Mark took us snorkeling and showed us places worth visiting, always ready to give helping hand. While snorkeling, Mark knew where to find turtle, octopus and we even saw a nursing shark! (Not dangerous to humans, obviously, as I am writing the review :D). Rooms and entire place was super clean and nicely decorated. 100% recommended.

Situated in Georgetown in the Exuma Islands region, Da Sugar House has a balcony. This holiday home features a private pool, a garden and free private parking. The greatest holidays we have ever had, beautifully situated house in the forest.

This B&B is set in the shores of the Paradise Bay Beach, 15 minutes’ drive from Exuma International Airport. The property is like your own paradise! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is amazing and genuinely care about your comfort! Cocoplum Bistro which is on the property is fabulous! Give Rudi and Tonya a hello from Vickie and Stoney!! Loved them. On your taxi ride in, get them to stop at a local store to grab snacks and such, it will save you a trip… because you really don’t want to leave.
