Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments offer a free airport transfer from Kununurra Airport with a prior booking. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. A huge change from many properties we have encountered in Australia. The staff were all very friendly.

We had booked into another Hotel and our Director advised us to stay here as it is clean and safe. I walked in the room and was totally surprised how big, clean and well thought out and decorated it was. So neat too. I liked how we could park right outside our units, which made us feel safe as well as the friendly reminders to lock doors. and the added security of the bolts in the sliding doors.

The location is great. Very close to the centre and the Coles shopping centre. There is a bar and restaurant on site with great meals and drinks, excellent for a solo traveller. I also liked that there was a secure car park as we’d hired a vehicle and it was safe at all times. The rooms are basic but for the price it was great. Exactly what I needed/wanted. The staff were amazing there, really helpful and kind.
