The room was superb, very clean and in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great too! The white noise machine (part of the clock) was a great bonus! Having stayed in Midtown during previous trips, staying in the Upper West Side was a welcome change. The location is excellent. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Central Park and Subway stations. Loads of great bars and restaurants close by.

Location is incredible. Close to everything, but not in the middle of everything. We had cleaning everyday, and the daily bottle of water was a nice plus. Extremely comfortable beds, great view, quick check in. It couldn’t have been a better stay.

Check-in/out was very smooth. Building offers everything you need in terms of food. In additional, having the apartment cleaned every day was very nice. Laundry works well and apartment was very nice and comfortable.

The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel.
