The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating, which made my experience even better. The location is ideal, just a short distance from all the main attractions and beautiful spots in the area, making it easy to explore. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

From organising a relaxing spa treatment, arranging a stunning vintage car tour that ended with a beautifully designed sunset proposal at Love Valley, followed by a private dinner on our room terrace, and a romantic room setup — everything was flawless. The property and the staff are amazing the people on reception are very welcoming and make you feel like our home. Especially the guy name hakan who is always available at the service. They also surprised my wife with a birthday which we did not even ask for i was amazed with their hospitality. I would highly recommend this property in all terms very silent and a good view specially the hot tub inside the room and the room no 301 which has a private terrace. Thank you all keep it up
