Everything was very clean, and the fragrance throughout the hotel was wonderful. They gave me an upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! 😍The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was huge, modern, and included a bidet. I stayed only one night, but it was a great experience. If I return to beautiful Venice, I will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect—just a 3–4 minute walk to the water taxi station and about a 10–15 minute walk to the city center. The hotel is in a quiet area, with a restaurant and a small grocery store nearby.

The hotel is freshly renovated, the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was pretty much standard as in each modern hotel - buffet with plenty of pastries, vegetables, sweets, yogurt, nuts, oats, juices, eggs… overall a great selection! Staff were also very friendly and helpful and you can also order dinner at the hotel restaurant which was 10-20% cheaper, than what you would get at any other restaurant on the lake and it tasted wonderful! Big plus is the location. Situated right at the lake and away from the touristy places we had great views and peace and quiet. The hotel is just 5 minutes by car from the city of Malcesine and about 20 minutes from Riva del Garda and Trento. You can also borrow free bike from hotel to ride there along the lake as there is a bike road on the beach. Overall a great place to stay!

Although it wasn’t our first time visiting the city, staying at this hotel made us fall in love with it all over again. The hotel is beautifully stylish, features a charming garden (which must be wonderful to enjoy during the warmer months), and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The next time we’re in Venice, we’ll definitely be staying here again!

Featuring a restaurant, a bar and a wellness centre, NH Collection Murano Villa is located in Murano, the famous island of the glass, 180 metres from Murano Museo del Vetro. this hotel was excellent from the moment we walked in until the moment we checked out! the rooms were clean and really beautiful, the staff is friendly and so kind. we were traveling with 2 small children and they felt right at home! super convenient location in Murano! my husband and I booked a spa treatment for our last day and Elisabetta who did both of our treatments was so sweet and made our stay at the hotel feel incredible. She really showed that she cared about us and what we needed from our relaxing morning. highly recommend booking a treatment as well when you stay at this hotel! the hotel is located about a 3 min walk from the Navagero actv stop too so even though it’s not on Venice mainland, it’s so easy to get there in about 20 mins!
