I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Evara Hills during my visit to Gangtok, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The housekeeping staff was attentive and made sure the rooms were spotless every day. What stood out the most was the warmth and hospitality of the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and assisted with everything we needed. They were knowledgeable about local attractions and even helped us arrange transportation and guided tours. The food at the in-house restaurant was another highlight. The menu featured a mix of local Sikkimese cuisine and other Indian dishes, all of which were delicious and freshly prepared. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated, offering easy access to popular tourist spots such as MG Marg and the Enchey Monastery. Despite being close to the city's main attractions, it provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, Evara Hills in Gangtok is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I would gladly return on my next visit and highly recommend it to fellow travelers!

The breakfast location was great, with a view of the Kanchanjunga. (Unfortunately, it was fogged in and not visible during our stay). The food had a great variety and they menu varied every day. Plus, they made fresh dosas and omlettes. The dinners were also excellent, varied menu during our four-day stay. We would particularly like to recognize the staff, who were ever helpful and polite. Divya and Pem deserve special mention. At our dinners, Divya was sweet and attentive to our every need and comfort. Pem was similarly very attentive to our needs, particularly, Kadha in the mornings as I had developed a cold. All in all, an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend the Taj Guras.

The beautiful, quiet location really suited us and the stylish contemporary decoration - made it really comfortable. All the facilities were great. Due to the Northern areas of Sikkim being closed we ended up spending 9 nights here in total and enjoyed the pool, the wonderful treatments from Pubyang in the Spa, the dining end evening entertainment in between our excursions. So many fantastic staff, starting with Kishan the duty manager who I spoke to from the UK. He reassured me that their tour guide could handle the pick up from Bagdogra and arrange a driver for all our planned locations. Their in-house tour manager, Sangay Sherpa was amazing, super efficient and took care of all of our transportation needs. He hired the fabulous Praveen Subba who drove us the entire trip, sharing his extensive knowledge and ensuring that as two women travellers we felt completely safe at all times. He’s a star! So many other wonderful staff especially Mingma who prepared the traditional Sikkimese breakfast for us most mornings and Veronica one of the reception managers. The whole team strove to make sure our experience was the best it could be. We very much hope to return.

Pokoje jsou prostorné a čisté. K dispozici je teplá voda, čisté ručníky, voda na pití a konvice na čaj. Co se týče kvality služeb, je vše perfektní. Veškeré jídlo, které jsme zde měli, nám moc chutnalo. Personál hotelu je velmi laskavý, zdvořilý a vždy ochotný pomoci. Moc děkujeme a doporučujeme všem!

Buddha Retreat se nachází v destinaci Ravangla. Všechny ubytovací jednotky v tomto hotelu se 3 hvězdičkami mají výhled na město a hosté mohou využívat zahradu a bar. It’s a vey clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful .Location was good . Food is good . If I ever go back to Ravangla that’s where I am staying . Thank you Buddha Retreat for your hospitality.

Ginger Gangtok poskytuje pokoje v destinaci Gangtok. Jen 3 km odtud se nachází Institut tibetologie Namgyal a Klášter Do Drul Chorten je 3,1 km daleko. Great location, beautiful ambience, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, had a great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, flashy interior, room with excellent service and a great view. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at this place! The host and staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. Arindam is an exceptional cook; every meal was a delight. Joy Biswas provided top-notch service, always attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend!
