With fantastic views of Rothiemurchus Forest and the Cairngorm Mountains, the High Range Lodge Hotel offers spacious rooms with original artwork by local artists. +Great, spacious room in high standard with comfortable bed. +Supportive and helpful staff. +The view wasn't the greatest, as the hotel on the other side was covering some part of lovely Cairngorms landscape, but overall, the location, the quality of the room was exceeding expectations. If I'll reach Aviemore once again, I will definitely book the place once again!

We’ve stayed in many apartments and cottages, so we have plenty to compare with — and Croftwood Cottage was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. We’ve never seen accommodation so perfectly equipped; there really wasn’t anything we felt was missing. A big plus was the enclosed garden at the back where our children could play safely, as well as the lovely seating area with a view of the garden, where we could relax even on cooler or rainy days. If we had to mention one small thing, the mattresses were a bit too soft for our taste — but of course, that’s a matter of personal preference, and we completely understand. Once again, thank you, Andy. If we ever come back to this area, we’ll definitely choose Croftwood Cottage again!

Daniel and Sarah were super helpful and very friendly, right from the get go. The BnB is a very short walk to Anagach Forest, which has many wonderful trails and brims with bird life. The front yard has busy feeders and is well kept. The breakfast is quite a lot but delicious. I cannot stop thinking about the porridge.
